Dealer fees, audited before you sign.

Dealers can legally charge for almost anything. The trick isn't spotting the fees — it's knowing which are non-negotiable, which are inflated and which shouldn't be on the contract at all. We do that review for you.

What we look for

Documentation fee
Regulated in some states, wide open in others. We know the ceilings and push back where the doc fee is inflated.
Market adjustment / ADM
A dealer markup above MSRP. Almost always negotiable and often removable outright.
Nitrogen, VIN etching, appearance packages
Low-cost, high-margin add-ons already installed on the car. These come off.
GAP, extended warranty, tire & wheel, prepaid maintenance
F&I products with 3-5x markups. We evaluate what's worth keeping and negotiate the price of what stays.
Reconditioning & certification fees
Common on used cars. Frequently duplicated or inflated.

Standalone or bundled

If you already have a deal on the table and just want a second set of eyes on the paperwork, we do fee reviews as a standalone service. If we're already negotiating the deal, the fee audit is included.
